An exciting position has become available for a motivated and dynamic National Sales Manager to provide dedicated sales leadership and management and leadership to our nationwide sales teams. What you will be doing Reporting to the General Manager, you will collaborate with the Product and Sales Strategy Manager, overseeing the sales team to achieve maximum sales growth, profitability, and market penetration for Hino nationwide.

This role will be varied and challenging; from developing brand strategy, to resolving customer complaints, to leading and coaching the experienced sales team and developing key customer account relationships. This role will be based in Auckland however for the right candidate other locations may be considered. Who are we looking for? 'A Top Gun Sales Leader' The ideal candidate will have experience managing and motivating a dynamic sales team to deliver exceptional performance , preferably in the truck sales or technical transport solutions industry.

You will have experience in project management, business planning and negotiation.
